Overview
Workplace Doctors is
looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor on a full or part-time
basis join a multi-disciplinary team for our client’s
clinic in London (North). The role will also involve
travel to surrounding area of London (North).
The post will be working 3, 4 or 5 days per
week. The successful candidate will be
responsible for pro-active Sickness Absence Management of short and long-term
absence cases, both face to face and via telephone consultations.

Essential
Skills and Experience:
***Candidate
must hold the following qualifications - RGN
***Occupational Health Nursing qualification or equivalent (Cert/ Dip/ Degree)
***NMC Part 3 registration desirable or considerable experience in Occupational
Health
***Proven experience of delivering Occupational Health Services within medium
to large organisations
***Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft
letters and emails to a high professional standard and report writing to be
within best practice standard
***IT Skills in Outlook, Word and Power-point preferred
***Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain
effective and inclusive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
***Appropriate knowledge of safety law and equal opportunities legislation
***Ability to work as effective team member
***A full driving license
